Good to know

Please note: Everyone aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the whole visit. Climbing sessions do not include soft play unless you add it.
Tickets are for climbers only: Spectators don't need a ticket — you only pay for the people taking part.
Soft play sessions: All Play Den sessions last a minimum of 2 hours. Under 6 months go free, under 18 months £2.50, under 10's £8.50 and adults £1.50.
Parties: Parties need a £50 non-refundable deposit to confirm; the balance is due 5 days before. Maximum 20 climbers — call us for larger parties.
Parking: Subsidised parking is £2 once your ticket is validated at reception.
Big group?: Schools, youth groups, corporate days and hen parties get their own rates — use the group enquiry form.
